What is Qualtrics XM for Employee Experience?
Qualtrics is an experience management (XM) platform that captures how employees feel through structured surveys, lifecycle feedback and AI-driven sentiment analysis. When integrated with SAP SuccessFactors, it connects experience data (how people feel) with operational data (what’s actually happening in your HR system).
