SAP SuccessFactors 1H 2023 Release People Analytics and Talent Highlights

The SuccessFactors half-yearly release is here, and our team at Discovery Consulting wants to share some People Analytics and Performance & Goal Management highlights.

Our functional consultant, Aditya, shared his key insights for our customers to be aware of:

For People Analytics Story Reporting, there are a few UI updates to the Designer and an optimised view mode.
There’s a new feature to restrict Career Worksheet Data based on the target population in the role based permissions.
Also, you can now report on Time Events for Clock Ins and Outs in the Time Management space.
For Performance and Goals Management, 360 Reviews Version 11 will be deprecated, and the Legacy CPM will be deleted by May next year, so we suggest migrating to the latest 360 Reviews and Continuous Performance Management features.
There’s a few enhancements to Continuous Performance Management, updates to Goal Management, as well as Performance Forms. Have a listen to the video to find out more.
