Rod Gallagher is the Chief Executive Officer at Discovery Consulting, With over 38 years of consulting experience across Australia, Asia Pacific, and the UK, he helps to develop IT strategies, roadmaps, and implementation solutions for enterprise transformations involving new and emerging technologies. Rod specialises in leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, using SAP technologies to optimise business processes. Rod has also served as Delivery Executive, successfully delivering SuccessFactors and payroll implementations for clients across Australia. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of industry leaders, Rod serves on the Industry Advisory Board for La Trobe University’s Master of Business Information and Management Systems program and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Sheelagh Murray is the Chief Operating Officer at Discovery Consulting, with over 25 years of experience delivering complex IT and business transformation initiatives. She has specialised in SAP for the past 20 years. Sheelagh leads operational excellence across the organisation, ensuring high-quality client delivery and scalable outcomes. Known for her strategic thinking and strong leadership, she brings deep expertise in managing people, delivery, and operations. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Michelle Legg is the Head of Human Resources at Discovery Consulting bringing over 13 years of experience working in the consulting industry. She plays a key role in supporting our people across all areas of our operations.. Michelle leverages her expertise to effectively manage people, processes, and compliance. She is passionate about fostering team development and takes pride in cultivating a workplace culture, helping position Discovery Consulting as an employer of choice in our industry.

Chris Paine is Chief Technical Officer at Discovery Consulting with over 25 years experience. He is responsible for assessing the technology needs of our organisation and that of our customers, overseeing research, development, and technological investments to drive innovation and support business goals. Chris is an SAP Mentor, SAP SuccessFactors Confidant, SAP HANA Distinguished Engineer, and SAP HR Consultant with deep expertise in architecting solutions for maximum reuse, flexibility, and supportability. He serves as technical design lead and solution architect for HXM projects, driving efficient and scalable implementations.

Angela Wheeler is Head of Product Development at Discovery Consulting, leading our product strategy, lifecycle and roadmap of the company’s SAP BTP-based product portfolio. With over 25 years of consulting experience leading teams and delivering SAP Talent solutions, she transforms complex business goals into actionable product roadmaps that drive growth and user engagement for our customers. Angela excels at fostering a customer-centric culture, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Errol D’Mello is the National S/4HANA Practice Lead at Discovery Consulting, with over 16 years of experience delivering SAP-enabled business transformation. He specialises in leading complex S/4HANA programs, with a focus on driving delivery excellence and supporting organisations through large-scale digital change. Prior to joining Discovery Consulting, Errol was a Senior Manager at a Big 4 consulting firm, leading SAP Advisory and Assurance engagements and serving as the National SAP Security and Controls SME. Errol has held key roles as Program Director and Functional Lead across S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition implementations, with expertise spanning quality assurance, process design, testing, data migration, and SAP governance and controls.

Margaret Carey is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience delivering successful projects in partnership with SAP. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles, where she has effectively guided teams and driven complex project outcomes.

Margaret currently leads the Discovery Consulting Queensland practice, building on a distinguished career that includes leadership positions at PwC (Managing Director), Presence of IT (Queensland Managing Partner), IBM, and Coopers & Lybrand. Her extensive experience positions her as a respected leader in SAP consulting and project delivery.

Margaret is known for her strong client engagement, she has built lasting relationships with leading organisations, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.

Paul brings over 25 years of experience helping organisations navigate HR and Payroll transformation through SAP solutions. His background spans multiple disciplines, including solution architecture, account management, functional consulting, and business development. He specialises in guiding clients through the complex transformation of HR, Finance, and Workplace Safety functions, leveraging SAP technologies to drive efficiency and organisational improvement. Paul’s deep expertise, combined with his commitment to delivering value through technology, makes him a trusted advisor in HR and Payroll transformation.

Mark is a senior transformation leader with over 20 years of experience delivering technology-enabled business change, including more than a decade in the SAP ecosystem. His expertise spans business development, solution architecture, consulting, and delivery leadership. He has led large-scale SAP SuccessFactors, workforce management, and payroll programs across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned to both strategic priorities and operational outcomes. Mark specialises in driving enterprise-wide change through SAP and complementary solutions. Based in Sydney, Mark is a strong advocate of value-driven partnerships and is dedicated to building long-term relationships that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Jamie Neave is Director of Sales and Qualtrics Practice Lead at Discovery Consulting, helping organisations unlock value through experience management, enterprise transformation and business solutions.
